Job Description

As a Bilingual In-Home Care Assistant at SYNERGY HomeCare of Piscataway, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and companionship to our clients in the comfort of their own homes. Responsibilities:
Provide non-medical care and companionship to clients in their homes, including light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, and medication reminders Assist with personal care routines, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Engage clients in activities that promote socialization, mental stimulation, and overall well-being Communicate with clients, families, and caregivers in English and [insert language(s)] to ensure seamless care delivery Assist with scheduling, documentation, and reporting as needed Provide support and resources to clients and their families to promote independence and self-care
Requirements:
Bilingual skills High school diploma or equivalent required 1+ year of experience in the healthcare or social services industry preferred Ability to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Reliable transportation and valid driver's license (if applicable) Ability to lift and transfer clients with dignity and care
