Kindly Direct Care is hiring a part-time Direct Support Professional for a one-to-one opportunity in Middlesex County About This Opportunity This can be a great fit for a college student, educator, human-services professional, caregiver, or someone looking for meaningful part-time work.

Consistency matters:

although the hours may be limited, the individual and family rely on the DSP to keep the agreed schedule. What You'll Do Support an adult with developmental disabilities at home and/or in the community. Provide Support to a 36-year-old verbal individual with a mild intellectual disability. She enjoys going to the movies, gym, and library. She is high-functioning and benefits from a patient, dependable, and reliable DSP who can provide companionship and support during evening hours. Encourage independence, social connection, and progress toward personal goals. Assist with routines and activities based on the individual's needs. Maintain safety and follow individualized support instructions. Complete required documentation after services and communicate reliably with the Kindly team. Qualifications Able to consistently commit to the exact posted schedule. Dependable, respectful, patient, and comfortable working one-to-one. Able to complete required onboarding, background checks, and training.

Schedule:

Thursday & Friday evenings. 8 hrs. a week. (Flexible)

Pay:

19-21/hr.
