Your Role:

Direct Support Professional (DSP) This isn't just a job; it's a chance to be part of someone's journey. Every day is different, and every day counts. As a Direct Support Professional at NCFL, you'll: Work awake overnight shifts when scheduled. Overnight shifts are not sleep shifts; DSPs are required to remain awake, alert, and actively attentive to the individuals we support for the entire duration of the shift. Transport clients from the group home to their day program at the end of the overnight shift in the morning, ensuring they arrive safely and on time. Power individuals to achieve personal goals and celebrate milestones. Support independence through daily living activities (medication administration, meal preparation, hygiene assistance, cleaning tasks). Build genuine, lasting relationships. Get out into the community with our extraordinary clients - think MLB games, beach trips, shopping, the zoo, and more.

Compensation:

$25.00/hour (Weekday & weekend overnight FT/PT work schedules, 11 pm to 9 am) $27.00/hour (Part-time weekend only overnight work schedules, 11 pm to 9 am) Earn up to $37.50/hour for overtime! Dependent on your regular hourly rate.

What You'll Need:

Valid driver's license High school diploma or GED Ability to pass background checks and a drug screening Willingness to transport clients in company vehicles to programs, appointments, and outings Ability and willingness to work awake overnight shifts and remain awake, alert, and attentive for the entire shift Ability and willingness to transport clients from the group home to their day program in the morning at the conclusion of an overnight shift A caring attitude and ability to assist with daily living activities Ready for a Career with Purpose?
