Friends of Cyrus II is a mission-driven organization providing high-quality care and support to adults with developmental disabilities. As a Direct Support Professional (DSP), you'll play a key role in helping individuals live meaningful, independent lives by assisting with daily living activities, personal care, medication, and community integration. DSP positions are located in day habilitation/ volunteer centers and community residential settings.Perks & Benefits:

Who We're Looking For:
We're seeking compassionate, dependable team players who are committed to making a difference. Ideal candidates are hands-on, patient, and eager to learn. Psychology and Behavioral Science students are encouraged to apply!Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED (transcript or diploma required)
- Must be 18+ with a valid driver's license
- Must pass required background checks including NJ Central Registry, Motor Vehicle Records, fingerprinting, drug screen, employment physical, and TB / Mantoux test
