Job Summary Veloure Health Services is a concierge private-duty home care agency serving families throughout South Jersey, led personally by a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience. We're looking for a compassionate, reliable Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide non-medical, in-home support that helps our clients live safely and comfortably at home. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in attentive, dependable caregiving and enjoys building real relationships with the people they support. Duties Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility support Provide medication reminders (per care plan; administration of medication is outside CHHA scope) Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe home environment Provide companionship and emotional support, engaging clients in conversation and activities Monitor and report any changes in a client's condition to the care team promptly Assist with safe transfers and mobility as appropriate to the client's care plan Maintain clear, respectful communication with clients, family members, and the Veloure care team Document visit notes accurately and in a timely manner Requirements Active New Jersey CHHA certification in good standing Reliable transportation Genuine compassion and patience working with seniors and individuals needing in-home support Strong communication skills and dependability Prior home care or caregiving experience preferred but not required for the right candidate What We Offer Flexible scheduling (Full-Time, Part-Time, PRN, and Live-In opportunities) Competitive pay: $18-$22/hour Consistent client assignments — build real relationships, not rotating strangers Direct support and clinical oversight from an experienced RN A supportive, family-oriented team environment Opportunity to make a real, meaningful difference in clients' daily lives Join Veloure Health Services and be part of a growing, concierge-style home care agency that treats caregivers like family.
