Position Summary We are seeking a reliable, compassionate, and motivated Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide one-on-one and community-based support services to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in the Ramsey area. Male candidates are strongly preferred to match the needs and preferences of the individual receiving services. Responsibilities Assist individuals with community integration and participation Support personal growth, independence, and daily living skills Accompany individuals to recreational, social, educational, and vocational activities Provide transportation to appointments, activities, and community outings Assist with budgeting, shopping, meal planning, and household tasks Document services and progress notes accurately and on time Implement ISP goals and follow agency policies and procedures Maintain a positive, professional, and supportive relationship with participants and families Provide employment support at client's dog grooming job 2-3x weekly Requirements High School Diploma or GED Valid driver's license Reliable personal vehicle with current insurance Ability to pass background checks and meet DDD requirements Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and responsibly Experience working with individuals with disabilities is preferred but not required Preferred Qualifications Male applicant preferred Experience in community-based support services Benefits Flexible scheduling Paid training Ongoing professional development Opportunity to make a meaningful impact in someone's life Supportive team environment Apply Today If you are dependable, patient, and passionate about helping others achieve greater independence and community involvement, we encourage you to apply at www.mojofamilycare.com/careers.
