Job Description
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professionals to join our team. This role is essential in providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring their well-being and enhancing their quality of life. The ideal candidate will have experience in caregiving, patient care, and a strong understanding of the unique needs of those they support. Requirements Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or in a group home setting is preferred. Knowledge of first aid, CPR, and patient monitoring techniques is essential. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with individuals, families, and team members. Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting individuals as needed. Experience in home health care environment is beneficial. A background in nursing or social work may be advantageous for this role. Must be able to work collaboratively within a team while also being able to work independently when required.
