Benefits/Perks Flexible Scheduling Competitive Compensation Careers Advancement Job Summary We are currently seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Health Aide (HHA) to join our team. This position involves a consistent weekly schedule every Wednesday from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM , providing one-on-one care in the patient's home. The ideal candidate is caring, reliable, and committed to delivering high-quality, person-centered care. You'll not only assist with daily living tasks but also build meaningful relationships that enhance the overall well-being of the client. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for caregiving are essential. Prior experience in home health or hospice care is a plus. Key Responsibilities Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility support. Help patients transition safely in and out of beds, baths, wheelchairs, or vehicles. Perform light housekeeping duties such as changing bed linens, doing laundry, and maintaining a clean and safe home environment. Monitor and document the patient's condition, progress, or concerns, and communicate observations to the supervisor. Provide companionship by engaging in meaningful conversation, reading, or light activities to support mental and emotional health. Assist with prescribed exercises and mobility routines. Ensure the client's comfort and dignity are maintained at all times. (Optional, if within scope of practice and allowed by state regulation) Administer basic medications under supervision. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED One year prior professional experience
