Award Homecare is seeking a compassionate and reliable male Live-In Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) who can provide excellent companionship and care for a male client. This role primarily involves offering companionship and support, ensuring the client's comfort and well-being. The ideal candidate must be comfortable driving the client in their own car and be willing to live-in at the client's residence. Responsibilities Provide companionship and social interaction to the client. Assist with daily activities as needed, focusing on the client's comfort and safety. Drive the client safely to appointments, errands, and social events using your own vehicle. Monitor the client's health and report any changes or concerns to appropriate parties. Maintain a clean and safe living environment for the client. Follow care plans and instructions provided by healthcare professionals. Requirements Must be a male MUST have a current New Jersey Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA). Possess a valid driver's license and have your own reliable vehicle. Comfortable and experienced with driving clients in a personal vehicle. Ability to live-in at the client's home. Strong interpersonal skills with a compassionate and patient demeanor.
