Monitor clients' health and report any concerns to the healthcare team. Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a safe living environment. Document care provided and communicate effectively with family members and healthcare professionals. Requirements Certification as a Home Health Aide (CHHA) is mandatory. Experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Strong interpersonal skills and a caring attitude towards clients. Ability to work effectively as part of a team. Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays. Compassionate and dedicated to promoting clients' well-being.
