Position Overview As a Part-Time Weekend Direct Support Professional, you will provide hands-on support to individuals in a residential setting, helping them enjoy meaningful, engaging weekends while promoting independence and personal growth.
Schedule:
Weekends only Additional hours may be available based on coverage needs What You'll Do Provide supervision and support to adults with mild to moderate intellectual disabilities Assist with personal care and daily living skills as needed Transport individuals to community outings, recreational activities, and appointments Plan and participate in activities such as arts & crafts, games, cooking, and outings Support social engagement through trips, events, and community involvement Maintain accurate daily documentation using our Electronic Health Record system (THERAP) Work collaboratively with team members to create a safe, positive, and engaging environment What a Typical Weekend Looks Like Weekends are all about fun, engagement, and connection.
