Our Ideal Candidate We're seeking compassionate individuals for caregiving roles. We offer a robust training program for both experienced and new caregivers. Enjoy a supportive work environment with full-time and part-time positions available in central NJ . Job Responsibilities Companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation Medication reminders, running errands, transportation to appointments Assisting with activities of daily living and specialized Alzheimer's/Dementia care Personal Care services may include Assist clients with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting). Provide companionship and emotional support. Help with mobility assistance (walking, transferring, positioning). Prepare and serve nutritious meals based on dietary needs. Perform light housekeeping (laundry, cleaning, organizing). Accompany clients to medical appointments and errands. Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to family or medical professionals. Maintain accurate care records and follow care plans. Requirements Treat clients with dignity and respect Weekend availability (If applicable) Effective communication skills Valid driver's license and auto insurance Compliance with State of NJ regulations, DMV check, and drug screening. Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) license in New Jersey. Previous experience in caregiving or senior care preferred. Ability to lift and assist clients safely.
