Job Description
This position provides essential support in both client care and administrative functions under the direction of a licensed nurse or therapist, ensuring high-quality service delivery and compliance with regulatory standards. The individual assists clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), follows established care plans from licensed professionals, and performs accurate documentation of services rendered and client conditions. This role requires vigilant observation, with prompt reporting of significant changes or client complaints to the supervising RN. Applicant will be responsible for managing data integrity within established systems, including verifying, editing, inputting, retrieving, and updating alphanumeric data across platforms. The individual must interact with departmental staff to resolve data discrepancies, facilitate documentation flow, and address routine administrative issues, all while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, and efficiency. In addition, the position involves active participation in staff meetings, completion of a minimum of 12 hours of annual in-service training, and contribution to the orientation of new personnel. Strict adherence to patient confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA and agency policies is required, along with the ability to follow both written and verbal instructions effectively.
