Shift:

Weekend Days 9:00 am to 9:00 pm Saturday and Sunday Provide personal care, meal preparation and feeding, assisting with medication, transporting, daily documentation, assisting with goals and outcomes for each participant, taking individuals on outings.

EXPERIENCE

• Prefer experience with DD Waiver and/or training requirements, but will train.
• Prefer one (1) year of experience working with adults & elderly with disabilities assisting with daily living activities within adult day hab and/or residential facility, but will train.

EDUCATION

HS Diploma or

GED. OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Must have a valid New Mexico Driver's license.
• Must be able to transport participants in your personal vehicle if necessary.
• Must have valid auto insurance and registration.
• Must be able to operate personal and/or company's vehicles used for transportation of program participants.
• Must pass COR, fingerprint investigation, and driving record.
• Must adhere to a drug-free workplace.
• No DUI/DWI in the past seven (7) years.
• Must be able to read, write, and speak English.

From $15.00 per hour with $1.00 shift differential for working weekends.
