Senior Wellness Homecare is a VA-approved, 4.9-star rated home care agency serving Veterans, seniors, and families across Albuquerque, Rio Rancho, and surrounding New Mexico communities. We are looking for a reliable and compassionate Home Health Aide or Caregiver to join our Albuquerque team. You will work one-on-one with clients in their homes, following a personalized care plan to help them live safely and comfortably with dignity and independence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Assist clients with daily activities including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal preparation Provide mobility assistance, transfers, and fall prevention support Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and linen changes Remind clients of medications at scheduled times Provide companionship and build genuine relationships with clients and their families Document care notes and report any changes in client condition to your supervisor promptly Transport clients to appointments and assist with errands as needed Engage clients in exercises and activities that support their health and wellbeing

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum 6 months of paid caregiving or home health aide experience is required Active and valid driver's license with reliable transportation to client homes in Albuquerque and surrounding areas Ability to pass criminal background check, MVD check, drug screening, and health screening Strong communication skills with clients, families, and your care team Ability to work independently with compassion and integrity CNA, HHA, or PCA certification is preferred but not required if experience requirement is met
