Helping engage them in the community by providing 24-hour support in the home and community. Help clients get out into the community and fulfill their goals. Learning new skills, traveling to new places, and helping them to enjoy life.

We have hours during the weekends. Monday
  • Friday 3 pm
  • 8 pm. Saturday and Sunday 7 am
  • 7 pm. Saturday 3 pm
  • 11 pm Sunday 7 am to 3 pm Weekend Shifts are paid $1.
00 over base pay!! Please apply in person Duties Assist clients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and household tasks. Provide companionship and engage clients in social and recreational activities. Administer medications as prescribed and monitor clients for any changes in health or behavior. Implement individualized care plans tailored to each client's needs, preferences, new skills, and attain chosen goals. Maintain accurate documentation of client progress, incidents, and any changes in condition. Ensure compliance with HIPAA regulations to protect client confidentiality and privacy. Be Friendly (Smile and have a good time) Assist with heavy lifting as needed for mobility or transportation of clients. Collaborate with healthcare professionals, families, and other caregivers to provide comprehensive support. Helping clients have fun and meet new people in the community. Skills Strong caregiving skills with a compassionate approach to supporting individuals with developmental disabilities. Knowledge of HIPAA regulations to ensure the confidentiality of client information. Experience in memory care practices is beneficial for enhancing cognitive engagement. Background in home health care is an asset for understanding medical needs. Proficient in medication administration and monitoring client health conditions. Ability to perform heavy lifting when assisting clients with mobility or physical tasks. Experience working with individuals who have developmental disabilities is preferred.
