We are seeking dependable and compassionate individuals to join our team providing direct care and support to adult men with developmental disabilities. This position offers valuable hands-on healthcare experience and is ideal for students or individuals interested in careers in healthcare, behavioral health, social work, or psychology. No prior experience is required — we provide paid training for motivated individuals who are patient, reliable, and caring. What You'll Do As a Direct Support Professional, you will help individuals develop life skills, build independence, and participate in their homes and communities.
Responsibilities may include:
Assisting with daily living activities such as hygiene and personal care Helping with meal planning, cooking, and household tasks Supporting individuals with grocery shopping and errands Transporting individuals to appointments or community activities Encouraging social interaction and participation in daily activities Assisting individuals in maintaining a safe and clean living environment Supporting positive behavior and independence Our goal is to help each individual live as independently as possible while feeling safe, respected, and supported. Pay:
