Role:

As a Direct Support Professional, you will be at the heart of our mission, providing essential, hands-on support to the individuals we serve. You will play a crucial role in fostering a safe, respectful, and positive environment, helping individuals with daily living activities, community integration, and personal goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide direct care and support to individuals with intellectual disabilities in accordance with their personal support plans. Assist with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication reminders. Foster a safe and supportive home environment, ensuring the well-being of the individuals we serve at all times. Accompany individuals to appointments and community activities, promoting social engagement and integration. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or GED required. Must be a compassionate, patient, and reliable individual. Valid driver's license and a clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Ability to pass all required background screenings. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Bilingual (Spanish/English) preferred. $14.00 - $16.00 per hour

Would you be able to work weekends and possibly pick up some weekday shifts as needed?
