Job Description

Overview We're growing our home health care team and looking for compassionate, reliable professionals to join us in the following roles: Home Health Aide (HHA)

Pay:

$20•25/hr or $40•50 per visit Provide personal care, assistance with daily living activities, light housekeeping, and companionship to clients in their homes

Requirements:

HHA certification, reliable transportation, compassionate and patient demeanor Medical Social Worker (MSW)

Pay:

$40•60/hr or $60•90 per visit Conduct psychosocial assessments, connect clients/families with community resources, provide counselling support, and coordinate care planning

Requirements:
