As a Direct Support Professional, you will be critical in providing person-centered support to our clients. Your responsibilities will include assisting individuals with daily living tasks, facilitating skill-building activities, and promoting independence and community integration. Your compassionate approach and commitment to fostering a supportive and empowering atmosphere will significantly contribute to the well-being and growth of our clients.

Direct Support Professional Requirements:

A genuine passion for working with individuals with developmental disabilities Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Patience, empathy, and the ability to build trusting relationships Ability to follow individualized plans and adapt to changing needs Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively with colleagues High school diploma or equivalent (relevant certifications are a plus) 18 years of age or older Pass a criminal background check Experience in a similar role is highly valued but not essential - we provide comprehensive training and support! Able to attend orientation/training program
