What You'll Do As a DSP, you'll help individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities: ✅ Build independence and life skills ✅ Achieve personal goals and celebrate successes ✅ Participate in community activities and social events ✅ Manage healthcare needs and daily routines ✅ Explore hobbies, interests, and recreational opportunities ✅ Live meaningful, fulfilling lives on their own terms No two days are the same—and that's what makes this role so rewarding!
