What You'll Do Provide compassionate support and assistance with daily activities Assist individuals with personal care and everyday routines when needed Encourage independence, dignity, and personal choice Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meals, light housekeeping, errands, and other daily responsibilities as assigned Support individuals with scheduled activities and appointments Follow individual care plans and workplace procedures Maintain a safe, clean, and respectful environment Communicate effectively with supervisors, coworkers, individuals, and their families Document services and important observations accurately Work as part of a team to provide consistent and quality care Who We're Looking For We are looking for people who are: Compassionate and patient Reliable and responsible Respectful of individual choices and dignity Comfortable working with people who may need different levels of support Able to communicate clearly and work well with a team Willing to learn and follow care and safety procedures Available for assigned shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, or overnights as needed Previous healthcare, caregiving, DSP, PCA, HHA, CNA, or group-home experience is a plus.
