Brentwood, NY Job Summary ATC Healthcare is seeking compassionate and reliable Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide quality care and support to individuals in a residential/home care setting in Brentwood, NY.

Responsibilities:

Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs) Provide personal care and hygiene assistance Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, and toileting as needed Assist with mobility and transfers Prepare meals and provide assistance with feeding when required Maintain a clean and safe environment Provide companionship and emotional support Follow the individual's care plan and assigned instructions Communicate any changes or concerns to the appropriate supervisor Maintain professional and respectful interactions with clients

Requirements:

Valid HHA Certificate High school diploma/GED preferred Previous home care, healthcare, or direct-care experience preferred Reliable and professional Ability to work independently and as part of a team Must be able to meet ATC Healthcare and facility/client requirements

Schedule:
