As such, we are looking for candidates who: Are extremely safety-conscious behind the wheel Follow all New York State driving laws at all times Avoid distractions while driving—including mobile phone use Ensure all passengers are secure, comfortable, and cared for during transport Maintain focus and patience during all driving activities, prioritizing the well-being of everyone in the vehicle A valid driver's license for at least 1 year is required.Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport individuals in an agency vehicle to community sites and activities Provide engaging, hands-on support and skill-building opportunities Promote independence, inclusion, and meaningful participation Assist with recreational, social, and developmental activities Maintain accurate and timely electronic documentationDay Habilitation Direct Support Professional Qualifications/Requirements:
High school diploma or GED A valid NYS driver's license held for 1+ year Experience supporting individuals with developmental or intellectual disabilities preferred Compassionate, positive, and reliable team players Strong communication skills and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively Call toAction:
