Direct Support Professional with a Valid Drivers License East Hills, NY - Near Roslyn & surrounding areas $22/hour Must be available for both schedule - 8am to 4pm or 9:30am to 5:30pm Temp to Permanent with Excellent benefits after transition to Permanent Are you patient, dependable, and passionate about helping individuals with developmental disabilities grow and thrive? What You'll Do:

Support daily life skills, social activities & community engagement Ensure participant safety and well-being Encourage independence and positive interactions Safely pick up, drop off and transport participants to appointments and other activities Assist with documentation and daily program activities

Requirements:

1+ year experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities High School Diploma or GED Strong communication, reliability, and compassion OPWDD/Medicaid experience a plus Valid Drivers License with 18 months driving experience Clean driving record Great fit for caregivers, aides, or educators looking for meaningful work.
