Role:

As a Home Health Aide (HHA), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Assisting clients with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and personal hygiene Providing support with mobility, transfers, and ambulation Administering medication and treatments as prescribed by a healthcare provider Monitoring clients' vital signs and reporting any changes to the supervising nurse Maintaining accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
