Job Description

Now Hiring:
CFASS & Respite Providers - Nassau & Suffolk County, NY Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and adolescents? We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated CFASS and Respite Providers to support children and teens facing emotional, behavioral, and mental health challenges throughout Nassau and Suffolk Counties .
Position Details:
Flexible after-school, evening, and weekend hours Work one-on-one with children and families in home and community settings Immediate opportunities available
Compensation:
CFASS -$50/hour (Bachelor's Degree required) Respite - $25/hour
Responsibilities:
Provide mentoring, skill-building, and behavioral support Help children develop social, communication, coping, and independent living skills Engage members in positive recreational and community activities Support families in achieving treatment and service goals Document sessions and maintain professional communication
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree required for CFASS positions Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with mental health or behavioral challenges preferred Strong interpersonal and communication skills Dependable, patient, and compassionate Bilingual candidates are strongly encouraged to apply This is a rewarding opportunity to positively impact the lives of children and families while enjoying a flexible schedule that fits around your availability.
