In this entry-level role, you will train to guide/mentor/assist our truly wonderful residents with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) to achieve their goals as you: Assist individuals with daily activities such as personal care, meal preparation, and household chores. Provide emotional support and guidance to individuals in a supportive and caring manner. Implement individualized plans and assist individuals in achieving their personal goals.
