Direct Support Professional

In our Residential Services program, you'll provide person-centered support in a home environment, helping people we support build independence, develop life skills, and actively participate in their communities.

Position Details Locations:

Hudson, Chatham, Germantown, Ghent, Stuyvesant, Taghkanic, and Valatie, NY Pay Rate:

$19.00

00 per hour (based on program site)

Weekend Differential:

+$2.00 per hour for all hours worked on Saturdays and Sundays. Schedule Options We offer a variety of schedules to fit both the needs of the people we support and our employees.

Typical schedules include:

Afternoon and evening shifts (2:00 PM

• 10:00 PM or 3:00 PM
• 11:00 PM) Midday shifts (1:00 PM
• 9:00 PM) Extended weekend shifts (such as 9:00 AM
• 9:00 PM), which may allow for a four-day workweek Most positions include working at least one weekend day, with some positions requiring both Saturday and Sunday.
