Looking for a DSP (Direct Support Professional) to work

SATURDAYS 1

30pm-3:30pm in Jamaica, NY 11432. Looking for someone with a positive, friendly demeanor who is patient, and good with kids. You will be working with the client on a 1:1 basis in the community.

Services:

Community Habilitation. Car required. Must be 25+ years of experience and have 5+ years of driving experience. _________________ We are seeking compassionate and driven professionals eager to support children with emotional, medical, and intellectual disabilities diagnoses. Responsibilities Comhab:

Assisting in the development of individuals' Community Habilitation Plans. Supporting individuals in achieving their chosen personalized outcomes and stated goals. Providing assistance, services and supports to promote independence in daily living activities within the residence. Facilitating the development of social skills through education, training, and role modeling. To empower participants to make an informed decision, through community experiences, about the pursuit of integrated employment. Application and Resume Assistance To engage in activities that will contribute to the individual's success in securing and keeping an integrated job. Performing other duties as assigned. Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Strong communication skills with a warm and friendly demeanor.
• Passion for working with children and relevant experience in the field.
