Job Description
ATC Healthcare is currently hiring experienced and compassionate personal care assistant (PCAs) to join our dedicated team. This is a flexible opportunity for individuals who are passionate about providing quality care and supporting elderly clients and individuals with special needs. Key Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care and activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, and dressing. Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed. Perform light housekeeping duties, including laundry, dishes, and vacuuming. Provide medication reminders in accordance with the client's care plan. Provide companionship and emotional support. Assist clients with maintaining a safe, clean, and comfortable environment. Observe and report changes in the client's condition or behavior to the appropriate supervisor. Qualifications Previous experience as a PCA, HHA, caregiver, or in a similar direct-care role preferred. Experience working with elderly individuals and/or individuals with developmental disabilities. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Reliable, compassionate, and patient. Ability to follow care plans and work independently.
