Job Description

Seeking Personal Care Attendant to assist with all ADLs (Activities of Daily Living) for a quadriplegic individual, including cleaning, meal preparation, grooming, bathing, dressing and transferring. Night shifts require regular turning and positioning in bed. He utilizes assistive devices such as an electric power wheelchair, ceiling hoyer lift and hospital bed with an electric air mattress.
Shifts Available:
Night Shift:
9:00 pm to 9:00 am Alternative shift times may be considered
Responsibilities:
Provide hands-on assistance with ADLs and mobility Offer support in daily activities Maintain a clean and organized living space Assist with meal preparation and feeding
Qualifications:
Previous caregiving experience preferred Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Compassionate and patient demeanor Ability to commit to a regular weekly schedule Fluent English speaking Ability to lift and position
Compensation and Benefits:
Paid weekly through Consumer Directed Personal Assistance Program (CDPAP) Fiscal Intermediary (FI) Earn up to 56 hours of Paid Time Off (PTO) based on hours worked
