What You'll Do Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility and transfers Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Provide medication reminders Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes Qualifications Valid PCA Certificate required Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude Strong communication skills Previous caregiving experience preferred Ability to work independently and provide quality care $250 Sign-On Bonus Eligible employees will receive a $250 sign-on bonus , paid as $25 per week for 10 weeks .
