The aforementioned employee salary ( $19.65 per hour ) is the minimal pay that may be increased to $21.65 per hour, which, when combined with the vacation and sick leave payments, transit benefits and medical coverage, will bring the total employee compensation to $22,15 per hour. Benefits are collected on a deposit card, which may be used by an employee at his sole discretion. The money may be withdrawn at any time.
