Full Job Description Responsibilities:

• Provide personal care assistance to clients in their home, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding
• Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Monitor and report changes in client's health status to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Assist with mobility and transfers
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
• Perform light housekeeping duties, such as cleaning and laundry
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client care

Skills:

• Experience in providing care for individuals with dementia or developmental disabilities
• Knowledge of medical terminology and systems
• Proficient in medical documentation
• Ability to cook nutritious meals for clients
• Strong patient care skills, including catheter care if necessary
• Familiarity with home care procedures and protocols
