Job Description
Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate individual to assist with care of our daughter with IDD. As a Caregiver, you will play a crucial role in providing essential care and support to our chiled.Duties:
- Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding
- Accompany with outings
- Implement safety plan
Requirements:
- Experience in caregiving, direct support, or related field preferred
- Familiarity with assisting individuals with IDD/Down syndrome
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Certification in CPR and First Aid is a plus
