SUMMARY OF CLIENT'S DESCRIPTION OF THIS OPPORTUNITY

The Direct Support Professional (DSP) is responsible for implementing person-centered services for each individual. This includes ensuring implementation of the individual's services, goals and outcomes in relation to program-based and community inclusion activities. In addition, the Direct Support Professional is directly responsible for the individual's overall physical and emotional well-being.

CLIENT'S REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

High School Diploma or its equivalent Minimum of one (1) year experience working with the DDD population Possess strong teaching skills with emphasis on individuals who are emotionally, behaviorally, physically and/or developmentally challenged Ability to complete and pass clearances Experience in the principles and application of Applied Behavior Analysis (preferred)
