This vital role involves providing compassionate, high-quality support to promote independence, safety, and well-being. Responsibilities Safety checks through the night Assist with toileting during the night Administer medications accurately following medical documentation protocols and HIPPA regulations to ensure patient safety. Perform light housekeeping duties including cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and ensuring a safe environment conducive to health and comfort. Must be able to work alone or with others Experience Prior experience working in Dementia Care a plus Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic Hands-on experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or dementia-related conditions such as Alzheimer's Disease Excellent communication skills and compassionate demeanor when interacting with residents and families This role is ideal for compassionate caregivers eager to bring their expertise into a supportive environment where every day offers the chance to positively impact lives.
