OurCare Health Services is hiring Certified HHA's and PCA's to work in Warwick . Caregiver MUST have their own reliable source of transportation upon accepting a case. We are seeking a Home Health Aides and Personal Care Aides to become a part of the OurCare Network. Job Requirements Provide routine individualized care to the elderly or persons with disabilities. Monitor and report changes in patient health status. Provide personal care, such as bathing and dressing. Provide specialized healthcare. Experience in hospice, home health, or other related fields is a plus.

HHA or PCA certificate Valid Employment Authorization Documents Ability to build rapport with patients. Ability to handle physical workload. Medical documents as required by NYS Dept.
