Responsibilities:

• Provide home care services to elderly individuals or individuals with developmental disabilities, memory care needs, or other medical conditions.
• Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
• Administer medication and assist with medical documentation as required.
• Perform specialized medical tasks as needed.
• Prepare meals and assist with meal planning and nutrition.
• Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to clients.
• Follow all HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality.

Skills:

• Previous experience working with individuals with Alzheimer's or memory care needs is preferred.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.
• Compassionate and patient demeanor when working with clients who may have physical or cognitive limitations.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently while adhering to care plans.
• Knowledge of basic medical procedures and ability to provide basic first aid if necessary.
