$255.45 PER DAY |

Affirmed Home Care is hiring experienced Home Health Aides (HHAs) for live-in opportunities throughout Suffolk County.

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE OPTIONS

Choose the schedule that works best for you: 3-Day Live-In 4-Day Live-In 5-Day Live-In Weekend Live-In

HHA YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Live-In HHA, you will provide compassionate, one-on-one care, including: Personal care assistance Assistance with activities of daily living Medication reminders Meal preparation Light housekeeping Companionship and emotional support

DRIVERS PREFERRED A

valid driver's license is preferred , as many of our Suffolk County opportunities may require reliable transportation.

REQUIREMENTS

Minimum 1 year of HHA experience Valid NYS HHA Certificate Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. Valid driver's license preferred Physical exam completed within the past year PPD or QuantiFERON within the past year, or chest X-ray within the past 5 years MMR immunizations within the past 10 years
