Compensation $18.65-$20.00 per hour Starting rate is based on experience, qualifications, availability, and assignment requirements Higher rates may be available for qualifying cases Performance-based increases may be considered Weekly pay Responsibilities Assist clients with bathing, grooming, dressing, toileting, and mobility Support activities of daily living Prepare light meals and perform light housekeeping Assist with errands when included in the authorized plan of care Provide companionship and safety supervision Provide medication reminders; no medication administration Follow the client's authorized plan of care Complete accurate and timely care documentation Promptly report changes in the client's condition Protect client privacy and confidentiality Required Qualifications At least 18 years of age Valid New York State PCA or HHA certificate Certificate must be verifiable through the New York State Home Care Registry Dependable attendance and professional conduct Ability to follow care plans and agency policies Professional communication with clients, families, and agency staff Reliable transportation to assigned client locations Driver's license and vehicle may be required only for assignments involving client transportation or errands Two verifiable professional references Ability to complete all New York State and agency onboarding requirements Hiring Process Qualified applicants will participate in an interview and receive instructions for completing the screening and onboarding process through our secure hiring system.
