Job Description

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and patient-focused individuals to provide high-quality in-home support to clients who need assistance with daily living activities and personal care. In this role, you will help promote comfort, safety, dignity, and independence while building meaningful relationships with the individuals you serve. Responsibilities Assist clients with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting, as appropriate to the care plan Provide support with mobility, transfers, positioning, and safe ambulation Prepare meals, assist with feeding if needed, and help with light housekeeping tasks Offer medication reminders in accordance with agency policies and care plans Monitor and report changes in client condition, behavior, or environment to the appropriate supervisor Provide companionship and emotional support to encourage client well-being Assist with errands, appointment support, and other daily living activities as assigned Follow all care instructions, safety procedures, and documentation requirements Maintain client confidentiality and demonstrate professional boundaries at all times Qualifications Prior experience in home care, personal care, caregiving, or a related support role is preferred Completion of required training or willingness to complete agency and state-required training Ability to provide respectful, person-centered care with patience and empathy Strong communication and observation skills Ability to follow instructions, care plans, and safety guidelines Physical ability to assist with client care tasks, including occasional lifting, standing, and walking Reliable transportation and punctuality for scheduled visits Current certification or licensure, if required by state or agency guidelines Preferred Attributes Positive attitude and a commitment to excellent service Ability to work independently while remaining accountable to a care team Flexible availability to support varying client schedules Respect for cultural, personal, and individual differences What We Offer Opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of others Supportive team environment and ongoing training opportunities Flexible scheduling options, depending on client needs Competitive compensation based on experience and qualifications If you are a caring professional who values dignity, reliability, and quality support, we encourage you to apply.
