What You'll Do Assist clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal hygiene Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with mobility and transfers Perform light housekeeping and meal preparation Provide medication reminders Help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their homes Qualifications Valid PCA Certificate required A valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle are required Compassionate, reliable, and professional attitude Strong communication skills Previous caregiving experience preferred Ability to work independently and provide high-quality care $500 Sign-On Bonus Candidates hired for this Warsaw and Castile case are eligible for a $500 sign-on bonus, paid as $100 per week for 5 weeks.
