Job Description

Right at Home Cleveland West is seeking a reliable and compassionate Direct Support Professional (DSP) to provide quality care and support to an individual in Amherst, Ohio. This position offers a consistent weekday schedule from 2:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Monday through Friday.
Responsibilities:
Assist with activities of daily living and personal care as needed Provide companionship and emotional support Assist with meal preparation and light housekeeping Provide medication reminders Support the client with mobility and safe transfers, when needed Encourage independence and participation in daily activities Observe and report changes in the client's condition Complete required care documentation accurately and on time Follow the client's care plan and all company policies Provide safe and reliable transportation for the client to appointments, errands, and community activities when needed.
Requirements:
Previous caregiving, DSP, home care, or related experience preferred Experience supporting seniors or individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred Valid driver's license, active auto insurance, and reliable transportation Dependable, patient, compassionate, and professional Ability to pass required background checks Ability to work the full Monday-Friday schedule from 2:00 PM to 9:00
PM Pay:
$16-$18 per hour
Location:
Amherst, Ohio Schedule:
