Job Description
```Overview``` We are looking for male staff to work 4-8 hours a week. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. This rewarding role involves providing assistance and support to help individuals live fulfilling and independent lives. ```Responsibilities```
- Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
- Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
- Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in community activities
- Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times
- Advocate for resident rights and ensure their needs are met
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided ```Qualifications```
- Previous experience in social work, nursing, senior care, childcare, or home care is preferred
- Knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus
- Compassionate and patient demeanor
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
