In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and hygiene across various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients and staff alike. Duties Perform thorough cleaning of designated areas, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and common spaces Use cleaning supplies and equipment safely and effectively to achieve optimal cleanliness Follow established cleaning protocols and safety procedures at all times Restock supplies such as paper towels, soap, and toilet paper as needed Dispose of trash and recyclables in accordance with company policies Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to supervisors promptly Maintain a positive attitude and professional appearance while interacting with clients and team members Skills Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship Ability to work independently with little to no supervision Good time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts Physical stamina to perform cleaning duties which may include lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Excellent communication skills for effective teamwork and customer service Previous cleaning experience is a plus; some training will be provided Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic are essential for success in this role
