```Overview``` The position we are hiring for is overnight sleep shifts. We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Support Professionals. As a Direct Support Professional, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of individuals with developmental disabilities. This rewarding role involves providing assistance and support to help individuals live fulfilling and independent lives. ```Responsibilities```

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily activities such as personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
• Promote independence and encourage individuals to participate in community activities
• Ensure the safety and well-being of individuals at all times
• Advocate for resident rights and ensure their needs are met
• Maintain accurate documentation of services provided ```Qualifications```
• Previous experience in social work, nursing, senior care, childcare, or home care is preferred
• Knowledge of working with people with developmental disabilities is a plus
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
