Lead a team of 3 Pediatric Hospitalists, overseeing clinical care and team coordination Provide newborn nursery care with NICU support from Pediatrix Neonatologists Perform circumcisions and other pediatric procedures as needed Deliver expert pediatric consultations to the Emergency Department, offering assessment and treatment plans Collaborate closely with Pediatric Hospitalists and Neonatologists for comprehensive patient care Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and clinical research efforts Engage with a large network of Pediatrix providers to exchange knowledge and best practicesWhat You Need:
Valid state medical license and board certification in pediatrics Minimum of [insert years] years of experience in pediatric hospital medicine Strong leadership, communication, and teamwork skills Ability to work independently and participate in CQI projects About theAssignment:
