Direct Support Professional (DSP)

$18.00-$21.00 per hour (based on experience) Mount Up Home Health Care Agency is hiring compassionate and dependable Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) to support adults with developmental disabilities in their homes and throughout the community. If you're passionate about helping others live independently, we'd love to have you on our team!

Responsibilities:

Assist with personal care, bathing, dressing, and hygiene. Provide companionship and supervision. Prepare meals and perform light housekeeping. Transport clients to medical appointments and community activities. Implement Individual Service Plans (ISPs). Document services accurately and professionally. Promote independence while ensuring client safety.

Qualifications:

At least 1 year of DSP, caregiving, home health, or related experience preferred. Experience supporting individuals with developmental disabilities is a plus. High school diploma or GED. Valid Ohio driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable transportation with proof of insurance. Ability to pass a criminal background check. CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain).
